Provides quality nursing care for patients in their place of residence, as prescribed by the physician and in compliance with the standards of the Homecare Agency Infection Control Policies and HIPAA Policies. Performs and completes start-of-care, recertification's, resumption-of-care, and discharge Comprehensive OASIS assessment. Performs all duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke's mission and values.Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:Education: Graduate of accredited Licensed Practical Nurse ProgramLicensure: Current licensure as a Practical Nurse in the state of MissouriExperience: One (1) year of general nursing practiceBenefits for a Better You:
