Job Description:

----- - $20,000 sign-on incentive for offers accepted by June 30, 2025, with terms and conditions.
Primary responsibility for delivering physical therapy care and documenting in medical records.
Acts as a consultant, provides instruction to staff, students, and families, and rotates through clinical areas.
Requires licensure or eligibility as a Physical Therapist in Virginia, with current license and CPR certification for employment continuity.
Experience: New graduate to 2 years, with potential for progression to Clinician II within two years.
Preferred: prior experience at similar facilities; education: graduate of accredited PT school; advanced degrees preferred.
Performs patient evaluations, plans care, discharges, orders equipment, and participates in rounds and discharge conferences.
May supervise PT assistants, technicians, students, and volunteers; works as part of a self-directed team.
Requires sharing weekend/holiday shifts and flexible hours (8 AM-----"7 PM).
Full-time role with benefits including 401(k), health, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, and flexible schedule.
Work schedule: Monday-----"Friday, day shift, with some weekends as needed.
Must relocate to Tappahannock, VA before starting work.
