Job Description:
We are offering a full-time home health Occupational Therapist
position based in Green River, WY. Enjoy a competitive pay rate of
$55-$65/hour, with $80-$90 per visit, plus a $10/hour drive time
bonus. Our therapists deliver patient-centered care, with flexible
scheduling, no 15-minute encounters, and ample time for each
patient. Responsibilities include assessing patients' physical,
communication, and cognitive skills, developing treatment plans,
supporting families, evaluating environments, installing equipment,
assisting with daily activities, managing pain relief exercises,
reviewing progress, and completing administrative tasks.
Requirements include reliable transportation, valid auto insurance,
