We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Digital Marketing Manager in our Chesterfield, Missouri office. This candidate will establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments. Develop, manage and refine the overall vision for the three primary websites for MiTek USA. Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration. Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies. Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics. Partner with design, content, social email, performance marketing and web teams to design, test and evolve lead nurturing tactics. Build relationships with internal teams' communications with Sales and Business Management leaders, keeping them informed of strategy, capabilities, priorities, execution and successes. Get to know the customer and target audiences through market research, brand surveys, and 3rd party data, analysis activities, in order that we may serve them better. Required Skills Daily and Monthly Responsibilities: * Working in partnership with the creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets * Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels * Manage all website content and operations, ensuring excellent UX and UI along with maintenance, building new pages, new layouts and SEO-friendly copy. Manage and have a good understanding of CMS platforms, how to build and update landing pages, and building and maintaining an intuitive admin site. * Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, understand budget guidelines, business processes, and provide additional sales support * Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads * Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly * Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams Required Experience Skills and Qualifications: * Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills * Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity * Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools * 5+ years' experience in B2B, developing integrated marketing campaigns * A confident and enthusiastic manner with a strong personal motivation to succeed. * Creative energy, excellent written and oral communication skills * Strong team leadership and self-driven organizational skills: Demonstrated experience managing complex projects through geo-dispersed teams and a proven track record of meeting deadlines. * Entrepreneurial spirit: Proven track record of growing a product or business through initiative, creative ideation and thought leadership. * Strong strategic and analytical skills: ability to quickly synthesize information to formulate an understanding of what's going on and generate effective actions to address. * Experience with CRM, database marketing and analytics, utilizing marketing automation, CMS, SEO, Web analytics. * Expert experience with Pardot or similar marketing automation tools * Intermediate experience with website CMS platforms such as WordPress, Ektron, Adobe or other. * Intermediate Experience with Salesforce or Dynamics * Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, internet and digital marketing tools. * Knowledge of the industry very helpful, but not required * Bachelor in Marketing, Business administration, or equivalent experience.
