sustainablyPosition Summary:The Senior Director, Finance Corporate
Partner is responsible for the overall Global SG&A Expense
Management across all corporate functions, value chains and
operations. Further, this role works closely with all the global
functions on the alignment of financial planning and forecasting,
with the requirements to facilitate growth, while ensuring strong
control and monitoring of our cost base and investments into new
capabilities.The overall purpose of this position is to drive
expense management through regular reporting cadence and spend
governance framework activities with a clear focus on zero-based
budgeting, initiative tracking, control, and monitoring of all
in-scope expenditures. The role will provide visibility, strategic
thought leadership, ad-hoc detailed analyses, decision support and
recommendations to senior management, partnering and interacting
with business units (value chains) and functional leads to ensure
we deliver on budgeted financial commitments and seek further cost
optimization strategies.Given its high profile and visibility, the
position provides exposure to interact with senior management
across various functions, enabling engagement with these leaders
and their organizations to strategically manage spend.Core
Functions: Lead the Finance Partner Corporate team across the
globe, setting individual and team goals aligned with department
and functional goals; coach reports, create opportunities for
development, create succession plan, make hiring decisions, drive
performance management, recognition, and rewards. Lead the annual
SG&A budgeting process. Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and
yearly reporting of costs for the regions and cost categories
Ensure periodic review and maintenance of expense governance
framework including spend policies. Partner with the head of
Corporate functions on strategic initiatives Ensure alignment on
Corporate initiatives priorities Proactively perform ad-hoc
analysis to explore area of opportunities to optimize expenses,
team with functional leaders to define smart spend business cases,
recommend initiatives, evaluate trade-offs. Act as a change agent
of transformational projects Establish and maintain meaningful
KPIsRequired Education/Skills/Experience University degree in
business, finance, accounting, agricultural economics, or a related
discipline 10 years of experience in a Finance leadership related
role Experience in agribusiness and edible oils processing and
manufacturing Experience in a multinational environment Solid
knowledge of financial performance analysis techniques. Good
understanding of Accounting, Tax, Treasury, and other finance
support functions Proficiency with MS Tools: Microsoft Excel, Word,
and PowerPoint Strong presentation skills; experience presenting to
Senior Stakeholders Fluency in English; strong written and verbal
communication skills Experience with SAP, OneStream and Business
Warehouse is a plus Fluency in other languages - particularly
