Position Overview:Lead Bunge s efforts to profitably grow spot oil
sales with broadline foodservice distributors and key end users
through category leadership that supports the customer s growth and
improves Bunge s share.Essential Functions:Manage Bunge s commodity
oils sales within the Foodservice Distribution channelDevelop and
execute a commodity oils pricing strategyBe a catalyst for the
change required to meet Bunge s strategic growth objectives in
marketWork closely with Product Line Management & Pricing to
provide distributors and key end users with effective category
management strategiesCollaborate with the Regional Distribution
team to execute sales growth initiatives Support the existing
business while growing margin and sales volume Develop
relationships with the customer s key leaders in general
management, procurement, and commodity managementConnect other
Bunge team members in applications, marketing, and price risk
management resources to key customers to create a differentiated
customer experience that drives value added growthDrive customer
focus by being the voice of your customers within the broader Bunge
organizationPerform standard account management tasks such as
customer insight gathering, price intelligence, forecasting, and
contract / price managementSkill/Experience Requirements:Bachelor s
degree in Business or related field preferred; 5-10 years of
experience selling, trading, or managing vegetable oil product
lineSpecific knowledge of commodity trading, edible oils
processing, agricultural products origination, food processing and
crushing operationsExcellent written and verbal communication
skills with customers, senior management, peers, and
subordinatesExperience operating in a cross functional
organizationStrong customer knowledge and relationships across the
foodservice industryStrong proficiency in office productivity and
CRM software Excellent organizational skillsStrong teamwork Travel
