creating world class agile teams where teammates are empowered and encouraged to collaborate and test and learn to succeed.OverviewAn OT and Automation Manager works closely with site automation engineer and accelerated plants in order to leverage technology use to improve, streamline and automate the manufacturing process. They are responsible for planning, implementation, and monitoring of such technology with the plants they support.Essential Functions:Management of activities related to OT and automation .Management of the execution of the necessary actions with the operating units.Map and development of local and regional vendors to support implementation processDefinitions related to the infrastructure and architecture of networks together with other areas of the company, aiming at the segregation between IT and OT networks.Integration and data communication between the most diverse layers of the network, following applicable cybersecurity protocols.Explore and implement new ways to automate systemsDesign and test automation equipment and processesSupport in defining wireless OT network and communication protocols needed to ensure connectivity.Interaction with process historians, enabling communications and data for deeper analysis.Interaction with different communication protocols (Profibus, OPC UA and DA, Profinet, etc.).Support in monitoring projects involving ICS and Industry 4.0 update.Work together with industrial and IT teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions.Interface with several corporate areas and preparation of technical documents, presentations, and reports.Connect and collaborate with teams from other regions of the world to share best practices and global standards definitions.Requirements/Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Automation, Computer ScienceExperience with project managementExperience with robotics, AI and machine learningAbility to travel up to 50% of the timeStrong analytical skillsStrong Leadership and problem solving skillsManages projects for accelerated sites and works closely with the squadsExperience with Microsoft Office package, Excel Advanced, Tableau, Power BI.Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
