Job Description Talent Management Associate Location: Chesterfield, MO (Greater St. Louis Area) What does the Experitec Talent Management Associate role look like? The Talent Management Associate is a part of our Talent Management organization and is responsible for providing assistance in the implementation and administration of all human resource related matters, specifically in the areas of recruitment, hiring/terminating, performance management, training and development, career path progression, and benefit and compensation programs. Our customers are largely manufacturing facilities and Upstream Oil & Gas. We serve many different industries including chemical, power generation, refining, oil & gas, food & beverage, pulp & paper, and water. What is the Talent Management Associate responsible for? The Talent Management Associate is responsible for organizing the current recruiting process to ensure consistency and accuracy with respect to candidates and job postings, as well as organizing the current on-boarding and off-boarding process. The Talent Management Associate will develop, formalize, communicate, implement, continuously improve processes that facilitate and ensure excellence in Talent Management---s interactions and relationships with internal and external customers. This role will also provide other talent management and human investment generalist duties as assigned. Typical work assignments include: Recruiting/Hiring/Termination: Implement & maintain the advertisement of all job openings including posting the positions on career pages and other web-based advertisement platforms. Process all new candidate information as it is received into the various candidates databases and communicate with candidates. Communicate regularly with all candidates regarding all interview and hiring activities. Perform on-boarding activities for new employees including background checks and drug screens, on-board employees in HRIS, and communicate and coordinate with managers and other departments. Create new personnel folders for employees as they are hired and receive all HR forms, processing the forms to ensure everything is accounted for and complete. Monitor all the steps required to be taken when an employee is terminated. Meet weekly with the Talent Management team to review job candidates, the recruitment process, and other responsibilities. Employee Performance/Development/Engagement: Assist and execute in the development and implementation of TM strategies and programs related to employee performance, development and engagement. Develop and coordinate employee performance, development and engagement tools and processes. Support TM Team around communications and training by preparing presentations and instructional materials utilizing MS Office Applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, and other technology tools. Assist in the planning of TM events by sending out email invites, making reservations for space/food, and ensuring all necessary materials are prepared in advance. Learn and administer Experitec---s Learning Management System and other business systems as needed. General/Administrative: Assist in all aspects of event planning by sending out invites and making reservations/preparations for company sponsored employee activities. Provide administrative support to managers as needed in areas such as research, correspondence, and editing. In addition to talent management specific activities, support the needs of the executive leadership team providing administrative support as well as support on various projects and initiatives. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Talent Management, Psychology, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or Business. Other basic qualifications include: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Leadership ability. Analytical and critical thinking.
