SummaryOne of our most prestigious clients has engaged us to help in the search for this role. The ideal candidate will be able to:
Provide strategic guidance and direction to the Information Technology Team of the organization. Plan, analyze, and coordinate throughout the organization, the implementation of Information systems and technologies. Direct the team of project managers. Work with business analysts and the project support team to meet objectives. Communicate with customers vendors and all IT teams.

• Plan, analyze, and coordinate, throughout the organization, the implementation of appropriate information systems and technologies. Direct the project management team to build coalitions of resources from both the IT groups and user departments to ensure a successful execution. Inform management of potential problems and opportunities with respect to on-going projects and initiatives. Coordinate the day-to-day activity of the business analysis / product support team. Responsible for the use of the current systems to achieve the organizational objectives. Effectively communicate with the customer base, vendors, and Information Technology teams.
  
  • Provide strategy, guidance, and oversight on IT projects and related initiatives. Responsible for all project commitments, including schedules and budgets, and is charged with monitoring and reporting project status to ensure that projects are completed with quality, on time, and within budget.
    
    • Provide leadership in the analysis of business requirements with respect to the development and selection of application solutions and technologies. Ensure that implemented solutions are consistent with the organization's business plans and technical architecture.
      
      • Work with the customer base to understand current and future business needs and direct appropriate changes to affect improvements in operating efficiency, quality, and use of applications and systems. Provide innovative and workable solutions to a wide range of technical and customer problems.
        
        • Keep abreast of vendor strategies and product direction as it relates to trends and internal organizational direction and requirements. Foster a cooperative and productive relationship with vendors. Maintain frequent and clear communication.
          
          • Assist in the prioritization and tracking of user service requests and provide resource information to help determine overall scope and timing of individual service requests. Maintain effective communication channels between end-user departments and the Information Technology organization.
            Requirements
            • 10 years plus on the business side of Information Technology
            • 5 - 7 years team management
            • Experience with technology implementations and change management
            • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business
