Overview:THE POSITION:This position is responsible and accountable for the execution of the critical business function of developing strategic and creative solutions for key clients that utilize EVERSANA services. This role helps the organization meet its revenue goals by working with the business development team to develop solutions, understanding the competitive landscape and how it impacts our solutions, creating integrated proposals to support the commercialization of a client's product or products utilizing some or all of EVERSANA's services, and making a case for pursuing specific business based on strategic and financial considerations. These results are achieved by:

  • Create strategic solutions for EVERSANA clients and prospects in collaboration with business development and sales operations, emphasizing cross-functional service offerings to create a complete solution
  • Participate in scoping calls/meetings, solution development, meeting preparation, and presentation development as needed
  • Provide strategy and content (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) for proactive proposal development
  • Perform market assessments for specific opportunities and build business cases for pursuing particular companies
  • Work collaboratively with internal market research as appropriate to support above
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop value messages and content as appropriate
  • Collaborate with finance to validate financial assumptions and projections
  • Identify and integrate alternative scenarios where needed
  • Synthesize information from multiple sources and understand impact from a business and financial perspective
  • Support as a strategic advisor to BD team, have an opinion and communicate it effectively
  • Execute w/minimal guidance
  • Be involved with opportunities through close

    • Travel: 5 - 10%
    • Hours: M - F, minimum of 40 hours/week with flexibility above 40 hours depending on prioritiesThe above list reflects the general details necessary to describe the expectations of the position and shall not be construed as the only expectations that may be assigned for the position.An individual in this position must be able to successfully perform the expectations listed above.Qualifications:MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.
      • Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred, with 10 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
      • Experience in outsourced commercial services to the pharmaceutical industry.
      • Understanding of the life sciences product lifecycle and the services needed at each stage
      • Strategic thinking and creativity to think "outside the box."
      • Strong interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to analyze data and trends and draw conclusions.
      • Ability to get things done through influence.
      • Proven, excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
      • Must have knowledge/experience with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
      • The position requires occasional travel to EVERSANA facilities, clients and other industry events.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

If working remotely (from home), employee will need to set up an appropriate home office, be available during normal business hours and occasionally outside business hours depending on priorities, and deal with a work environment that is usually moderately quiet, with frequent interruptions and multiple demands via email, video chat, or phone.#LI-LB1
