Job Description Job Description HVAC / Refrigeration Technician (EPA Certified) We are seeking a reliable and experienced HVAC / Refrigeration Technician to join our team. This position involves installing, servicing, and repairing HVAC, refrigeration, exhaust, make-up air, and hood systems in residential and/or commercial settings. Responsibilities: Install, service, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems Work on exhaust systems, make-up air units, and commercial kitchen hoods Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and control system issues Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections Replace components and ensure systems operate efficiently Respond to emergency service calls as required Follow all safety policies, procedures, and EPA regulations Qualifications: EPA Certification (required) Previous experience as an HVAC Technician, Refrigeration Technician, or related role Knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration wiring diagrams and schematics Experience with exhaust systems, make-up air units, and hoods preferred Ability to lift heavy equipment and perform physically demanding work Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills Company Description Air-Tec Systems is a trusted HVAC service company providing high-quality heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, exhaust, make-up air, and hood solutions.
