Job Description Job Description Overview We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead and support all quality-related functions across the organization. This role oversees the Quality Management System (QMS), drives continuous improvement initiatives, supports new product development, and ensures customer and supplier quality requirements are met in a high-mix manufacturing environment. This position manages a team of six, including Quality Inspectors, a Quality Engineer, and a Quality Technician. Key Responsibilities Administer, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including: On-time delivery Internal production metrics Customer return rates Supplier quality performance Coordinate creation of product-specific customer documentation as part of the PPAP process Manage the RMA process and customer communications Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) initiatives Develop and maintain an internal audit system Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and cross-functional teams to improve product and process quality Qualifications 5 years of Quality Management experience in a manufacturing environment Experience in high-mix manufacturing Electronics manufacturing experience preferred Strong knowledge of: CAPA and NCR management Inspection methods and tools Engineering drawings Structured root cause analysis techniques Working knowledge of quality methodologies (5S, Lean, etc.) Strong project coordination and resource management skills Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Company Description Synectics is a leading staffing and workforce solutions company dedicated to connecting exceptional talent with top organizations.
