telecommunications industry, is seeking a Field Service Technician
to join their team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be part
of the technical support and installation department supporting
residential customers. The ideal candidate will have a proactive
attitude, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment
to safety, which will align successfully in the organization. Job
Title: Field Service Technician Location: O'Fallon, MO Pay Range:
$47840 - $56160 Shift: What's the Job? Perform independent
installations and repairs for residential internet and phone
services. Install and configure customer equipment, including
routers, modems, and Wi-Fi gateways. Deliver an exceptional
customer experience by maintaining professionalism, friendliness,
and knowledge during all service visits. Diagnose and resolve
connectivity and service issues efficiently and accurately.
Install, terminate, and test network cabling, ensuring compliance
with all relevant codes and standards. What's Needed? High School
diploma or equivalent. Relevant experience in telecommunications,
networking, or field service. Valid driver’s license with no
restrictions. Ability to work outdoors in various weather
conditions and in underground and aerial environments. Willingness
to participate in an on-call rotation, including nights, weekends,
