Job Description:
The Manufacturing/Process Injection Molding Engineer is
responsible for optimizing molding processes, supporting daily
production, and implementing improvements using scientific molding
principles. This role involves troubleshooting, introducing new
materials and technologies, and collaborating with cross-functional
teams to drive efficiency, quality, and consistency in
manufacturing operations. Client Details My client is a leading

Description Responsibilities: Drive continuous improvement of
injection molding processes using scientific molding principles.
Train team members on scientific molding techniques and ensure
adherence to established standards. Identify and recommend new
technologies and opportunities to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
Lead the introduction of new materials, ensuring smooth integration
without performance issues. Coordinate cross-functional
problem-solving efforts, identifying root causes and corrective
actions. Provide daily technical support for molding operations to
ensure consistent production quality. Support the development and
maintenance of mold design standards and best practices. Assist
with the implementation and optimization of molding automation
systems. Stay current in the field through ongoing education,
industry publications, and networking. Participate in
OSHA-compliant safety training and ensure safe work practices are
followed. Maintain a safe and compliant work environment by
following safety policies and procedures. Perform additional tasks
as assigned by plant leadership. Profile Ideal Candidate: Strong
verbal and written communication skills with a detail-oriented,
observant approach. Self-motivated and independent, with a
proactive mindset and willingness to drive change. Eager to learn
and grow, including taking relevant courses to expand injection
molding knowledge. Able to retain and apply new technical
information effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
Hands-on experience with injection molding processes, preferably in
plastics or metal applications. Familiarity with robotics, PLC
programming, CAD (SolidWorks), and process monitoring systems.
Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline and a solid
