What You’ll Be Doing: Lead the structural design of a variety of building projects Analyze and design structural systems using software, spreadsheets, and hand calculations Prepare technical project specifications and ensure designs meet all code requirements Coordinate across disciplines — architectural, MEP, and more Document decisions, manage schedules, and track progress against scope and fee Conduct site visits and assist with construction-phase services Mentor junior designers and modelers Support the Project Manager in keeping projects on track and clients satisfied What You Bring to the Table: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s in Structural preferred) Structural Engineering license (or on track) 4 years of structural engineering experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CAD, and BIM tools Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset What You’ll Get: Competitive compensation with room for growth Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) and 401(k) Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Generous paid time off and holidays Tuition assistance and P.E. exam bonus Flexibility, work-life balance, and a supportive culture Ready to Design Your Future?
