business unit is currently seeking an Electronic War Engineer
(Level 4) to support the Capability in St. Louis, Missouri: one of
our largest, most dynamic sites with a broad business portfolio.We

will consist of engineering oversight of complex hardware
redesigns, develop/execute design/threat trade studies and work
closely with our supplier, program office and aircraft modification
partners to meet requirements of the various programs. Position
Responsibilities:
- Lead collaboration with Suppliers to develop and enhance
advanced electronic warfare systems, ensuring that designs meet
specifications and operational requirements.
- Oversee the integration of electronic warfare systems into
aircraft platforms, ensuring functionality and interoperability
with existing systems.
- Conduct in-depth technical assessments of electronic warfare
technologies, analyzing performance metrics, reliability and
compliance with requirements and industry standards.
- Develop and direct comprehensive test plans to validate the
performance and effectiveness of electronic warfare systems,
including simulations, laboratory tests and flight testing.
- Create, review and maintain detailed technical documentation,
including specifications, procedures and reports.
- Identify, troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
that arise during the development and integration phases of
electronic warfare systems, providing expert guidance to junior
engineers.
- Ensure that all electronic warfare systems adhere to relevant
military and regulatory standards, including safety, operation, and
cybersecurity requirements.
- Foster collaboration with other engineering disciplines, such
as software, hardware, and systems engineering to ensure cohesive
development and integration efforts.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide training on best practices
in electronic warfare systems development and integration,
promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement. At

and Export Control Requirements: This position requires the ability
to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government
requires US CitizenshipBasic Qualifications (Required):
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate of Science degree from an
accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science,
mathematics, physics or chemistry
- 9 + years of related work experience with a Bachelor's OR an
equivalent combination of technical education and
experience.Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in writing and/or reviewing Environmental
Qualification Test Procedures and reports.
- Experience evaluation Supplier change proposals.
- Experience with Radio Frequency (RF) analysis.
- Experience with tactical aircraft programs.Typical
Education/Experience: Level 4: Education/experience typically
acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited
course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes
manufacturing engineering technology), computer science,
engineering data science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g.
Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or
an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or
non-US equivalent qualifications. In the USA, ABET accreditation is
the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.Boeing
