is seeking multiple Experienced Tool Engineers located in Berkeley,
MOWho We Are: At Boeing St. Louis, we are leaders in aerospace
innovation, dedicated to shaping the future of flight. Our facility

cutting-edge military products that are vital to national defense.

production systems.Position Overview: As a Tooling Engineer, you
will evaluate program and project requirements to develop complex
equipment and tooling concepts. You will analyze technical data to
assess the impact on product engineering design and rate estimates,
while also identifying opportunities for robotics, automation, and
system integration. Your role will ensure compliance with safety,
producibility, maintainability, reliability, and regulatory
requirements.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and design tooling solutions using NX or CATIA that
meet production system requirements and enhance manufacturing
efficiency.
- Compile and analyze technical data to determine effects on
product engineering design and production rate estimates.
- Identify and recommend robotics, automation, and technology
solutions for tooling and equipment integration.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, ergonomic factors, and
regulatory requirements throughout the tooling lifecycle.
- Validate contractual performance milestones and maintain
configuration control of tooling and equipment.
- Conduct reviews and prepare plans for production readiness,
preventative maintenance, and spare parts management.
- Provide training for production and maintenance personnel on
tooling operation and maintenance.
- Develop work-arounds and maintain configuration of hardware,
software, and documentation related to tooling.
- Perform studies and make recommendations for the disposition of
tooling assets.Highlights of Products Built in St. Louis:

- MQ-25 Stingray: The first unmanned aerial refueler for the U.S.
Navy, enhancing the capabilities of carrier-based operations.
- F/A-18 Super Hornet: A multi-role fighter aircraft known for
its versatility and advanced capabilities.This position is expected
to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work
onsite at one of the listed location options. This position
requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which
the US Government requires US Citizenship as a condition of
employment.
- An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is
required.
- This position requires ability to obtain program access, for
which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship only. Basic
Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study
in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing
engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data
science, or computer science.Preferred Qualifications (Desired
Skills/Experience):
- Experience working closely with a cross functional engineering
teamTypical Education/Experience:Level 3: Education/experience
typically acquired through advanced technical education from an
accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology
(includes manufacturing engineering technology), computer science,
engineering data science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g.
Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or
an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or
non-US equivalent qualifications. In the USA, ABET accreditation is
the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.Drug
