Position: Construction/Remodeler Location: Jefferson City, MO
Pay: $23-30/hr Employment Type: Full-time/Part-time/~M-Th

Home Remodeler, you will be an integral part of our team, working
on various projects to deliver exceptional results to our valued
customers. Job Summary:The Construction/ Remodeler will perform
skilled trades work on residential renovation projects. This role
involves hands-on tasks such as carpentry, drywall installation,
painting, flooring, and other remodeling activities. The ideal
candidate is detail-oriented, takes pride in their craft, and works
well as part of a team to achieve outstanding results for
homeowners. Key Responsibilities: Construction and Renovation Work:
Perform various remodeling tasks, including framing, installing
drywall, painting, flooring, and cabinetry installation. Assist
with demolition work as needed, ensuring proper disposal of debris.
Material Handling: Measure, cut, and install building materials
with precision and care. Use hand and power tools safely and
effectively to complete tasks. Quality Craftsmanship: Ensure all
work is completed to company quality standards and customer
satisfaction. Pay close attention to detail and follow project
specifications. Safety and Maintenance: Follow all safety protocols
on job sites, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment
(PPE). Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Collaboration: Work closely with team members to complete projects
on time and within scope. Take direction from supervisors or
project leads as required. Qualifications: Proven experience in
residential remodeling or construction work. Proficiency in a
variety of trades, such as carpentry, painting, tiling, and drywall
installation. Familiarity with using hand tools, power tools, and
measuring equipment. Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints
or project plans is a plus. Strong attention to detail and
commitment to producing high-quality work. Physical ability to lift
and move heavy materials (up to [weight limit, e.g., 50 lbs]) and
work in various positions (e.g., kneeling, climbing ladders).
Reliable transportation to job sites and a valid driver's license.
