Job Description:

Project Manager to partner with clients in the St. Louis area and complete projects in multiple sectors ranging anywhere from $2M to $60M in value. You will be responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish and developing relationships with the on-site teams. Client Details My client is a design build general contractor averaging $300M in annual revenue with projects spread across multiple sectors (senior living, multifamily, government, hospitality, healthcare, education, etc.). They are looking to grow to about $450M in the next 5 years with growth plans implemented to achieve this. They are located in the Greater St. Louis area and have a solid backlog of work for 2025. They pride themselves on developing their team and having long-tenured employees who enjoy coming into work every day. Due to their growth, they are looking to add more team members to their project management department. Description Partner with clients from preconstruction phase through closeout. Manage projects ranging from $2M - $60M in value. Assist estimating team with estimating and change orders. Assist Senior PM lead project meetings- bid proposals, update meetings, and closeouts. Delegate tasks and duties as needed to ensure project delivery and deadlines. Create budgets and schedules based on cost estimates and material overhead. Travel as necessary to job sites. Prior experience working as a project manager. Prior experience handling projects $20M in value. Client-facing experience is a must. Software proficient (ex: procore).
