Our client is looking for a dedicated commercial project manager
with 8 years of experience in the Education, Municipal, and retail
spaces to run projects ranging in size from $3M-$7M. All local

annually in 2 years Currently bringing in $60M in annual revenue
Focus on both private and public work Mainly work on Education,
Municipal, Public, and Retail work All work is local to the St.
Louis area Average project size of $3.5M-$7M Description Lead
project management efforts while maintaining excellent
communication skills with superintendents and clients. Multitask
between multiple projects Oversee all operations including
scheduling, workload, budgeting and much more. Help estimators when
necessary on bid days Ability to lead projects from start to finish
Ensure all safety protocols are being strictly adhered to Drive
solutions Assist in business development by maintaining excellent
communication with clients Profile 8 years of project management
experience Someone who can hit the ground running Ground up public
work experience Excellent written and verbal communication Customer
oriented Public and private experience Job Offer Base salary:
