Job Description Job Description Mobile Service Technician – Ford/Lincoln Dealership We’re seeking a motivated Mobile Service Technician to join our growing Ford/Lincoln Service team! Benefits: Health, Medical and Dental Union Position 401K Plan Paid time off and vacation Growth opportunities Employee vehicle purchase plans Family owned and operated Long term job security Flexible Work Schedule What You’ll Do: Travel in the Mobile Service Van to customer homes and workplaces to perform maintenance, repairs, and recalls Deliver a high-quality customer experience by being professional, efficient, and courteous Organize and prepare for daily service appointments Complete vehicle repairs and maintenance as outlined on work orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Communicate effectively with the Service and Parts Departments to ensure smooth operations Maintain accurate repair documentation and uphold dealership standards Stay up to date with Ford technical bulletins and complete all required training Safely drive and maintain the Mobile Service vehicle Work comfortably in various weather conditions when needed Requirements: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record ASE certification preferred; Ford certifications preferred Prior automotive service technician experience Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to use tablets, diagnostic tools, and mobile technology effectively Positive attitude and commitment to exceptional customer service We are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
