Job Description Job Description Description The Operations Processor 1 role is a fast?paced, hands?on position supporting a high?volume copy and mailing center. This role involves rotating through multiple tasks throughout the day, including mail preparation, document assembly, and basic production support. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a dynamic environment, can multitask efficiently, and is able to perform light to moderate physical work. Key Responsibilities Mailing & Document Assembly Assemble and prepare outgoing mail, including stuffing tape?bound books, letters, and mortgage documents into envelopes. Prepare FedEx packages by inserting materials, scanning completed packages, and staging them for shipment. Perform hand?folding of letters and place them into envelopes for copy center orders. Production Support Operate tape?binding equipment to bind books and materials. Assist with wire binding of books and other bound documents. Use folding machines to prepare larger letter?volume jobs for mailing. Support printing and assembly of books, letters, and other materials—training provided for machine use during higher?volume periods. Task Rotation & Workflow Flexibility Rotate across various workstations, including CORE package assembly, NAO product fulfillment, book stuffing, and mailing operations. Perform both seated and standing tasks; some work may involve moderate lifting or extended time on feet. Adapt to changing priorities and assist wherever needed to meet daily deadlines. Experience Level Entry Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of St. Louis, MO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
