Job Description:

CPC Logistics, the nation's leader in providing truck drivers for private fleets has an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant. This position is located at our Main office in Chesterfield, MO near the intersection of Hwy 40 and Route 141.Responsibilities include:

• Enter and check data in system on timely basis upon receipt of email reports
• Prepare and mail documents to employees
• Complete Wage Statements using payroll data
• Set up "COVID" notices in system for compliance purposes
• Provide Child Support Orders to team
• Assist in responding to subpoenas
• Monitor and share time sheets of employees working in TD program
• Maintain incoming fax inbox and portals and share documents with appropriate parties
• Assist in answering phone calls in a rotation
• Maintain files of insurance policy information
• Open and distribute incoming US mail Qualified candidates will:
  • Have 1-3 years of administrative office experience
  • Be familiar with Microsoft Office programs
  • Have a good eye for detail
  • Use Copy/Fax/Scanner
  • Have a focus on customer service
