Anheuser-Busch InBev, a leader in the global brewing industry, famous for labels like Budweiser, Corona, and Stella Artois, is seeking a Manager of Payroll Systems & Process Improvement. In this crucial role, you will be tasked with enhancing payroll processes and systems across our extensive multinational landscape. As a pivotal member of our Finance, Accounting, and Administration team, you will lead initiatives to streamline operations, ensure payroll accuracy, and adaptively integrate technological advancements to facilitate efficient payroll services that support our international workforce. Oversee and optimize payroll processing procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance with international regulations. Implement and maintain payroll systems, integrating new technologies to enhance efficiency. Develop and execute training programs for payroll staff on new systems and procedures. Collaborate with IT and finance teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of payroll systems. Manage payroll for multiple countries, adapting processes to regional compliance requirements. Conduct continuous audits and address discrepancies in payroll processing. Lead cross-functional teams in payroll-related projects. Expertise in payroll software and HRIS systems, particularly SAP and Workday. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in processing complex payroll systems. Excellent communication and project management skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, multinational team environment.
