collaborative accounting environment. As an Accounts Payable Clerk,
you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely processing
of invoices, payments, and vendor records. You’ll have the chance
to build your accounting skills while working with a supportive
team and using industry-recognized tools and systems. This position
is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and looking
to strengthen their foundation in accounts payable and general
accounting practices. Job Description: The Accounts Payable Clerk
is responsible for supporting daily accounting operations, with a
primary focus on invoice processing, vendor management, and expense
report review. Responsibilities include: • Attaining approvals for
voucher invoices and entering them into Microsoft GP. • Processing
check runs and uploading details into Odessa accounting software. •
Reviewing employee expense reports in Concur to ensure compliance
with company policies. • Setting up and maintaining vendor accounts
according to established guidelines. • Collaborating with internal
teams and external contacts to resolve discrepancies. • Assisting
with special projects and other accounting tasks as assigned.
Qualifications: • High School diploma or GED required. • 1–3 years
of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar accounting role. •
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. • Strong attention to
detail and organizational skills. • Ability to maintain accuracy
while meeting deadlines. • Professional communication and
collaboration skills. Preferred/Bonus Qualifications • Associate’s
degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. • Experience with
