• The Sr. Finance Analyst, Overheads for Information Technology (IT), Human Resources (HR), and Legal, as well as select other Global Functions, will provide end to end dedicated support for the functional areas that they support in understanding financial results and developing financial plans/forecasts through comprehensive financial analysis and simplified processes. The partnership will also provide benefit and bonus tracking support, as well as business case analysis and Capital Authorization Request (CAR) support for IT capital requests.
• This role will be the lead business partner to the respective department leads in understanding overhead, 3rd party, and project spending across capital and SG&A.
• This person will have strong business and financial acumen, and demonstrated capabilities to work collaboratively with others, and experience working in a complex and fast paced environment.Skills:

  • Hyperion
  • Essbase
  • Financial reporting
  • Forecasting, ReportingAdditional Skills & Qualifications:
    • Strong academic credentials, including a finance, accounting or other relevant bachelor's degree are required
    • A minimum of 3-5 years of finance experience in Global Finance organization
    • Ability to analyze large amounts of data and effectively identify and synthesize key messages
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong Analytical rigor
    • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.System knowledge:
      • SAP experience
      • Essbase & Hyperion planning
